A Message from Trey Wright, President/Managing Partner of Infinity Recruiting & Staffing

As we get close to the end of another year, I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for a great year.  This year, we have helped nearly 100 people find their ideal position with great schools.  We have added staff, added office space and made the necessary adjustments to allow us to service our clients and candidates better.  Our client base continues to grow and our relationships are very strong.  Thankfully, our candidate pool also continues to grow as well, allowing us to meet the needs of our clients. 

As we approach 2011 we are raising the bar.  Our priority is to be better, stronger, quicker and faster than we were this year.  I am confident that this can be accomplished and we will not settle for anything less. 

The new year will come with a few new obstacles for our industry.  Strict new regulations have been proposed, and it appears that some of them will become a reality.  The new regulations include enhanced information reporting, restricting how an institution's revenue can be attained from Title IV programs, monitoring and managing a school's dollars spent on advertising, and eliminating incentive based payroll, among others.  Although many in the industry see these proposed changes as the kiss of death for the industry as we currently know it, please don't despair. 

In my 16 years in and around the Proprietary School Industry, I have seen numerous proposals and numerous changes.  Yet, our industry continues to grow.  I feel we will continue that growth because we provide a much needed service.  We provide career focused education and training to an underserved segment of the population.  We train the Medical Assistants, the Dental Assistants, the Auto Mechanics, the Pharmacy Techs, the Paralegals, the Chefs, the Manicurists, the Construction Workers, the Hairstylists ...  and the list continues.  In fact, many of the folks I just mentioned are having a better holiday season this year and a better ability to provide for their families because of the training they received at a Proprietary Institution.

Our industry educates and trains the spokes that keep America rolling.  We will persevere!
